Cogent operates a joinery facility in Ras Al Khor equipped with CNC routers, paint booths and sanding systems, supported by specialist MEP testing equipment and a dedicated transport fleet. This allows us to control quality, timelines and cost on complex fit-out projects.

Organisation Structure
Cogent operates under a delivery-driven structure where the Managing Director provides oversight, the General Manager oversees day-to-day operations, and Project Managers lead execution with full support from engineering, safety, procurement and administration teams.
